Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Planning of Professional Services
- Competitor Analysis and Reporting Professional Services
- Driving Account teams to create and nurture Service Sales
- Supporting Business Units for Service Development and Service Sales
- Supporting Headquarters on service and solution development
- Supporting Customer Satisfaction with content
Qualification:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Service sales support and/or product-marketing support
- Knowledge of fixed and mobile communication networks, solution design and network architecture
- Knowledge about target customer businesses and processes. Ideally, domain solution; knowledge of services associated with Network Integration, Cloud/Data Centre or Managed Services supporting telcos
- Has experience in the development and management of Service sales with detailed knowledge of Service Sales engagement techniques to secure business growth
