About the role:

Your job will consist of sourcing, recruiting and matching candidates to your clients' contract positions within the Engineering sector, so the position is a full 360-recruitment position. You will learn, understand and integrate into your clients teams and departments to ensure that you at harmonizing both candidate and client requirements. We will assist you in this by helping you through the award-winning programme we have in place, this will help you to develop the key skills to understand your new market and role. You will be recruiting from Project and Programme managers into the Engineering market in the East Midlands area.
About You:

We are looking for candidates with 6-12 months B2B sales experience, call centre or telesales experience is also highly advantageous. However, we also look at graduates and experienced consultants (An Engineering background for this role would be ideal).
