You will be accountable for LARGE customers, working with on-site technicians who are fixing in-house mechanical equipment.
You should understand how machines work, what parts are necessary to get something up and going again, not just on your own, but with the on-site tech. Collaborate.
Get the parts needed through purchasing, and get them to the site.
