Large banking client is currently recruiting a number of Investment and Protection Reviewers in Newcastle.
These people will be reviewing contracts and files for FCA guidelines but need to have qualifications in:
FPC level 3 Or Dipfa level 4 Or CEFA level 3
They also need to have experience/knowledge of File reviewing
The successful applicants will be responsible for reviewing case files, including customer contact, forming a judgement on sales suitability and preparing decisions to customers.
Must have gained experience in investment and/or protection remediation and file reviewing to be considered for this role.

Essentials:
Financial Services background
These people will be reviewing documents and processes etc. for FCA guidelines.
Would look at BAs with contract/file review experience.
Experience sought FPC 1,2,3 (essential) or Level 3 - Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent Level 4 - Diploma in Financial Planning (an advantage)
Recent Protection product knowledge
Recent Investment product knowledge
Experience of remediation or product MIS-selling
Personal & Technical Skills:
Strong investigative skills: obtaining and verifying data-points Un-biased with meticulous attention to detail Investment and Protection experience essential (key product features-specific training will be given)
Recent similar remediation experience
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to manage own case- load
