Core Network Project ManagerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Core Network Project Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
- Capturing, documenting and communicating customer requirements and expectations
- Creating and communicating the project plan and scope of work with external and internal stakeholders
- Preparing and reporting of project status reviews with internal stakeholders
- Organising and managing the project team to deliver agreed objectives
- Maintaining effective customer relationships ensuring all issues are managed, and risks are mitigated
- Ensuring the project follows the company structured project management process
- Management of customer complaints and/or escalations
- Implementing and managing effective financial processes to ensure timely revenue delivery and efficient change request sign off
- Supporting overall profit and loss management including resource and budget forecasting
- Coordinating quality implementation to defined requirements
- Coordinating health and safety implementation to contractual and legal requirements
- Undertaking continual improvement activities and lessons learnt to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
- University degree in telecoms, electronic engineering or similar
- Recognized structured project management experience/qualification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2)
- Good knowledge and experience of telecommunication domain, preferably IMS Core, Packet Core and Messaging
- Experience of customer relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
- Experience of managing sub-contract resource
- Soft skills: results focused, resilient, resourceful, supportive, open and objective
- Experience in ISO9001/TL9000 procedures
- Six Sigma improvement
