Site Acquisition CPM
I am currently looking for a Site Acquisition CPM to be based in Brussels, Belgium for a 12 month rolling contract.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Project Manager Job Role purpose is to manage assigned customer projects to secure that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. This position is intended for a particular focus on Site Acquisition Projects in Belgium.
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
At least 3-5 years' experience on managing site acquisition projects in Belgium with operators.
Good knowledge about local regulations and permitting process.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
PMI certifications
Project Sales Process
Contract management
3rd pp suppliers management experience
Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
