Requirements
- Lead and manage all communication during a joint venture operation within a vehicle research center
- Develop technology and value added product services and tools
- Conduct market intelligence, research to develop insights trends that will bring value and synergy to our client’s business plans
- Promote innovation in our client’s thriving Chinese business, by leading the market industry standards in insurance management
- Deliver valuable insights through research
- Provide extensive consulting services to global insurance market
- Drive local education through training
- Manage all aspects of the technical research center business plan - including its commercial, governance, strategy, growth, finance & accounting and organizational management objectives.
- Deliver business plans from shareholder perspective, resolving issues and reviewing the joint venture performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive/claims repair industry
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations, strategy, and operational duties
- Past exposure with research and innovations centers is a plus
- Strong ability to manage partner relationships in the Chinese environment
- Strong multicultural awareness
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English languages
