Description
I am currently recruiting for a senior compliance officer to join my client, a large well known bank in London. Responsible for;- Mostly BAU role focused on day to day compliance advisory to both Corporate Finance & Corporate Banking (mostly Corp finance)
- This requires in depth knowledge of Corporate Finance from a product and compliance perspective - and offering high level and practical solutions for the business
Profile;
- Corporate Finance knowledge - in order of importance 1) Capital Markets ECM/ DCM 2) Loans, and 3) Leveraged Finance
- Thorough knowledge of FCA Handbook and Code of Conduct
- Knowledge at a very practical level regulations including Market Abuse Regulations (MAR), MiFID, MiFIR
This is a 6 month rolling contract based in London. Pay rate of £550-£650 per day.
