I am currently working with medical device company that are looking to bring on board a validation manager on a contract basis.
The company is a well established Medical Device company, and the ideal candidate would be in a very similar role already (Perm looking to go contract possibly).
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for managing the validation engineer(s), which includes supervising and providing training where needed
* Carry out the vision and values of the company
* Help implementing the new quality systems
* Perform internal audits
* Be responsible for the coordination of the (re)validation process of new and existing products
* Develop and optimize validation methods
Desired skills
* Experienced in validation
* Management experience preferred
* Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485
* Affinity with technology
* Leadership qualities
* Quality-focused
* Coaching abilities
* Team player and strong communicator
