Solution Manager for Energy (Oil&Gas)

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Solution Manager for Energy (Oil&Gas) to join their business in Netherlands/France/Spain/Portugal/UK.

Requirements
- Responsible for Energy (Oil&Gas) industry solution promotion pre sales and sales
- Opening doors for the O&G solutions for IT (servers), IP (networking), Storage (NAS,SAN) and wireless (4G eLTE) for Upstream, Downstream, Supply chain and Retail
- Cooperate with Account Managers in the West Europe Region and other technical sales team for solution sales, and Support the requirements from Business Unit HQ
- Taking tasks in customer analysis, solution presentation/bidding, industry strategy planning as well as managing internal resources to better serve the related market target for company’s key account customers
- Report to WEU Energy director in Netherlands/Germany and supports Customer Visits to our company
- Establish Account planning and customer engagement plans for the West Europe sales teams
- Actively working with the team to deliver the targets

Qualifications
- 10 years of overall experience preferably in Energy sector and 5+ years in O&G company
- Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics or equivalent etc
- Strong experiences in O&G industry solution design and pre-sales or post-sales technical support
- Ability to organize and fulfil high-level workshop with industry consulting companies
- Excellent project coordination skills, self-motivated, results-driven and eager to win business
- Good cooperation and communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Fluent English - Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus (depending on the candidate's base location)
- Willingness to travel to other cities in European countries
