Description
My Healthcare Client is currently looking for a ward manager for a mental health Inpatient unit.They are looking for a 3 month contract for £250-£300 per day.
Apart from the day to day management of clinical and non clinical staff you will be brought in to turnaround a service that has been struggling with moral.
They require a Strong leader with proven experience improving performance, Moral and the culture within the ward.
You will be:
- Registered Nurse
- Experienced in driving performance
- Experienced in developing a team
My client feels that strong leadership is more important at present than your clinical background, so is willing to take candidate from Mental health or acute background.
