Invoice Processing Team Leader - Invoices, Team Leader, VAT legislation
An Invoice Processing Team Lead is required to manage a large team which you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance. Work with the business and suppliers to ensure the most effective and efficient requisition to invoice process is adopted. Ensure invoices are processed compliantly in line with VAT legislation As a team leader: - ensure effective management of your team and resources, to react quickly and positively to meet the evolving needs of the business - promote team building and collaborative working - effectively deal with performance management Be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders including Procurement. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and best practice by challenging norms, increasing team performance and enabling growth and improving efficiency.
