Technical education as electrician, mechanic etc.
Worked as tech in the wind industry for more than 3 years
LAUS courses
HSE
Familiar with;
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Management system
Risk assessment
Incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysing and establish of corrective/preventive conditions
Evacuation and emergency
Safety culture and behavior
Safety inspection and audit
EHS plans
DK legislation
Education
All relevant GWO basis education
eg CIBT, Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS
eg CIBT, Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
Experience
Min 1-3 years of operational site experience from wind industry, construction industry, aircraft industry, oil/gas industry
Experience with leading from a role as super visor, team lead
Working in a global organization with different culture
Personal
Fluent in own language (DK) - second language will be UK
Valid driver license
Physically capable to climb WTGs
Rotation: No rotation expected (will have a normal working week with the week-end free)
Onshore: building of a prototype turbine.
