Senior Insight Manager
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the customer experience tracking programmes
- Deliver and manage actionable insight programs to inform key strategic initiatives
- Use the research to help the business make the right decision for the customer
- Liaising with and influencing Senior stakeholders around the business
- Coach and develop a research manager
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years working as a insight manager
- Vastly experienced in customer experience tracking and ad hoc research across methodologies
- Experience of working with senior stakeholder around the business
- Be used to working as part of a successful team as well as individually
- Confident with numbers, and familiar with analysing and interpreting data.
