I am actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity to advance your Continuing Healthcare knowledge and experience working for one of my leading clients based in the Yorkshire area.They are actively looking for an Interim CHC Nurse Assessor initially on a 3-6 months contract with a view to an extension.
Experience required:
- Must be an RGN, RMN, RNLD or an RCN.
- Experience of attending panel hearings.
- Working in a Continuing Healthcare environment or completed a Continuing Healthcare training course.
- The Nurse Assessor must have experience working closely with social workers.
- The successful candidate must have experience of carrying out assessments within the community, patient homes and care homes.
- Must be able to write reports after they have completed a Continuing Healthcare assessment.
- Experience of carrying out DST's would be desirable.
