A leading financial client of ours is currently looking for Call Centre/Customer Service Agent to be based in Crawley. This is a contractual role with an initial duration of 9 months and there is competitive daily rate of £85.
Successful applicants would be managing inbound calls from customers and dealing with complaints in a call centre environment. The client is looking for someone who has previous call centre/customer service experience dealing with incoming calls and handling claims or complaints. Full onsite training will be provided in order to provide an educated background on PPI claims and managing customer complaints.
As this is a contractual role, the successful applicant will be required to trade through an umbrella or limited company. We can help you with this process if required. I have attached a document outlining this.
