SAP Training Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Training Manager.
Start: ASAP
Duration 1 year contract with a possible extension
Location: Riyadh, KSA
The successful candidate should be working in OCM department to handle many training projects in SAP, Sharepoint and other systems. The ideal candidate shall be Arabic speaker with around 10 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of projects' training and in a more senior role, devising a training strategy;
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials;
- Evaluate instructor's performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement;
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures;
- Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
- Having an understanding of E-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of E-learning packages;
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
Qualifications
- BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field;
- More than five years experience as a training manager.
- Interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary;
- Arabic and English written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly;
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;
- Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives;
- Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules;
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
