Description

Our client based in the East Midlands area is looking for an Residential Acquisitions Manager/Campaign Manager to lead a step change in the sales growth for a residential customer base, by creating new sales channels whilst maximising existing ones to deliver acquisition targets.

Main Responsibilities

Development of the residential acquisition strategy and plans, working with colleagues from across the business.

Identify opportunities and develop strategies to profitably acquire critical Residential segments that deliver on the company's strategic and commercial aspirations.

Define and own the acquisition marketing strategies and plans for the short and medium term - drawing together all elements including propositions (products and services), sales, servicing and communications in conjunction with stakeholders across the company.

Develop and manage acquisition campaign plans with colleagues in Customer Operations and Marketing

Skills

Prior experience as an Acquisition Manager or Campaign Manager, or a relevant marketing background that demonstrates the development and delivery of campaigns that drive business success.

Previous experience of working in team based environment with shared objectives and goals.

Commercial acumen with the ability to understand the levers for driving profitability

Experience working in a fast paced environment, multi-integrated marketing in a Matrix organisation and comfortable working under pressure, good project management and organisational skills, passion for quality and creativity, excellent written and verbal communication skills

A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service and of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change.
