Mcgregor Boyall are currently looking for a Senior Case Handler for a leading Consultancy for a project based in Newcastle. The successful Senior Case Handler will have experience in finance or protection remediation. You will need to have previous expereinvce as a senior case handler/SME/QC.
The successful Senior Case Handler will need to have;
- Strong data analysis and problem solving.
- Recent Protection or Investment product knowledge
- Experience of remediation or product MIS-selling would beneficial
- Good communication skills.
- Strong IT stkills, word, excel and outlook
