Responsibilities
- Work together with digital marketing team and external partners in defining, executing and managing digital campaigns in social media
- Report and track KPIs; analyze results; propose changes based on learning
- Provide strong digital expertise in guiding the development and execution of the campaigns
- Find the right social media channels for activation towards the target segment, and ensure that the European social media strategy is in line with company’s global strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR departments to ensure that social media is integrated into all campaigns and events
- Manage multi-platform and language content programs (plan, calendars, etc) to sustain high reach, engagement and affinity
Qualifications
- Deep and strong understanding of digital marketing with over 6 years of experience in areas such as online experience, social media, e-mailing, performance media, demand generation digital techniques etc.
- At least 3 years of B2B tech marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing
- At least Bachelor's Degree, in Marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; experience working with virtual and matrix teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Fluent in English (any additional European language would be a plus)
