Compliance Manager/Head of Compliance - Financial Services - Internal Controls - CF10 - MLRO
We have an excellent opportunity for an interim Head of Compliance to develop and maintain the enterprise-wide Compliance framework within a leading Financial Services organisation. Based in London, the role is offering a daily rate between £500 and £700, with the opportunity to go permanent at £100,000.
Working directly with the executive committee and Head of General Council, this is a great opportunity to be the leading Compliance figure within the organisation. You will also work with members of other teams within the group, to ensure the plan is in line with ever changing compliance requirements.
Ultimately, you are going to be responsible for defining, developing and maintaining the internal controls framework - ensuring it is in accordance with the regulatory expectations with the FCA and other international regulators.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading compliance functions within Financial Services.
- Good understanding of CF10/Internal Controls.
- Strong AML experience, preferably a previous MLRO
- Good knowledge of Internal Controls and testing Compliance frameworks.
- Experience of anti-bribery and internal compliance policies.
- Knowledge of GCA Recognition Requirements for Recognised Investment Exchanges is beneficial.
