Corporate Actions & Dividend Analyst is urgently required for a leading institutional, electronic Brokerage company to join a growing Corporate Action team.
They are an equity execution service who provide independent, agency brokerage services to clients across the world and are looking for creative individuals to join a rapidly expanding operations team.
Key responsibilities for the Corporate Actions and Dividend Analyst role include:
- Timely and accurate capture, reconciliation, notification and processing of all Corporate Action and Dividend activity for all event types within designated EMEA markets
- Tracking and distributing details of upcoming events to other departments to ensure awareness throughout the firm.
- Management of all events and client elections, ensuring no losses results from trading over corporate action periods.
- Keeping abreast of changes to markets rules and regulations
- Assessing impact to the area and establishing processes to effectively manage risk.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations in respect to client money.
Key skills required for the Corporate Actions and Dividend Analyst role:
- 5-7 years in Corporate Action and Dividend in a Broker Dealer or Investment Bank
- Good understanding of front to back processing of Corporate Actions and Dividends
- Experience managing full project life cycle
- Full exposure to equity
- Experience of systems (e.g. Gloss, Crest or Euclid)
