We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their project in Philippines.

Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Position Type: Fixed Term Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 3,5 years initially

Responsibilities:
- Management of projects by establishing the project team and implementing telecom network projects in various countries.
- Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management, and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality.
- End-to-end management of projects, including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Management to explore and develop strategies to expand sales/business opportunities.
- Shares project experience and knowledge of project management, provide project management consultation to regional PMO and training to junior staff members.
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of success in above criteria.

Qualifications/Skills required:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in telecommunication engineering or electronics engineering.
- Possessing recognized project management qualifications, such as PMI, would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management methodologies.
- Appreciates team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve the targeted project objectives successfully.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing multicultural teams will be an added advantage.
- Work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Proficiency in English. Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
