We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a MSO Technical Solution Manager to join their business in Poland.

Requirements
- Responsible for creating customer centric technical solutions for Multiple System Operators (MSO) within the CEE&Nordic region.
- Handle all technical aspects of our customer engagements, delivering business values through technical expertise and strategic guidance
- Proactive engagement with customers to understand their pain points and develop corresponding solutions to guide them through various technology options
- Provide strategic support to our regional and representative offices in the form of formulating value propositions, interfacing with engineering teams to develop proof of concepts (POC) and providing technical responses to RFIs/RFPs
- Support our MSO marketing and branding activities (CXO-level strategy discussions, technology forums, business seminars and customer workshops)

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in designing networks for Multiple System Operators (MSO), having a proven track record in network architecture, product management and / or consultancy
- Previous pre-sales experience at CMTS suppliers such as Cisco, Arris or CASA is a plus
- In depth knowledge of either MSO networking technologies and architectures (such as DOCSIS, CMTS, CCAP, Edge QAM, HFC, RF, xWDM, etc.) or of video technologies (such as DVB-C, CAS, DRM, OTT, CDN, MPEG etc.)
- Understanding of MSO business ecosystem and value chain is highly desired (Content acquisition, delivery and collaboration with content providers, market segmentation, go-to-market strategies, user behavior and experience)
- Ability to interwork with technologies from adjacent areas like optical transport and IP/MPLS networks is a must
- Knowledge of new industry SDN and NFV concepts applicable to MSO domain is a major plus
- Advantage to be familiar with the Norway MSO market and to have knowledge of the major cable operators such as GET, CDK
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive work attitude, team player with good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to interwork in a multinational environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in a European language is a major plus
