A leading financial client of ours is currently looking for Call Centre Agents to be based in their new office Crawley. This is a contractual role with an initial end date of and there is competitive daily rate of £85.
The Successful Contact Centre Agent will be handling inbound calls from customers, whilst also dealing with complaints in a call centre environment. Our client requires the successful Contact Centre Agent to have at least 6 months experience in a call centre environment and customer service experience dealing with complaints or handling claims. Training will be given on site to develop your working knowledge of PPI claims, complaint handling and managing customers effectively.
As this is a contractual role, the successful Contact Centre Agent will be required to trade through an umbrella or limited company. We can help you with this process if required.
