Description
Responsibilities:
-Assist with direct 3rd Party Vendor statement of work
-Owns direct relationship with Client Vendor Manager & each Kay Vendor
-Identification of Key Vendors along with POCs and non-Key Vendors
-Conduct Contract De-briefing Session to define Success criteria and identify RAID Items
-Driving Critical/High Priority Risks & Issues to closure
-Conduct Critical/High Priority Risks & Issues Due Diligence prior to Escalation
-Facilitating the mediating of Contractual Disputes
-Facilitating the negotiation of Contractual Key Issues & Risks Resolution
- Handle 3rd Party Vendor Failure notice
Requirements:
-5+ Years in the Teleco Industry, ideally within the BSS/OSS arena
-Ability to influence and implement process
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
