Position: Excel Expert
Position: Hilversum, Netherlands
Duration: 3-6 months

Excel Expert with knowledge of assortment planning & buying processes for Inline Stores at our European head office near Amsterdam. In this role you will work closely with the buying, planning & digital teams to establish alignment on the future buying process and create and implement Excel tools for buying and OTB.

Responsibilities:
Perform technical review of current processes & (Excel) tools
Identify process improvement and aggregation options
Partner with CDT on requirements, development and testing
Establish alignment on future buying & OTB processes
Describing new working processes
Challenge requirements on eg level of detail
Create & implement Buying sheet & OTB tool
Optimize input and calculation
Include order book in same data source
Adjust existing reports
Train the team on new process & manage the transitions

Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and data-driven mind-set
Knowledge of retail buying processes (preferably both bricks & clicks)
Experience and track record of successfully working with cross functional teams on solving complex problems
Ability to switch between helicopter view & detail oriented work style
Affinity with consumer goods and sports
Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of process-flow through integration planning & execution is beneficial
