Outbound Collections Advisor
An opportunity has become available for positions within our Outbound Team in Collections. This position is to minimise bank losses through effective conversations with customers and use of the collection tools available. A collector is required to collect payments on all stages of delinquent accounts. They are tasked with reducing the risk of charge off where possible through the collections tools available, with the aim of rehabilitating delinquent accounts to prevent them from falling further behind in the future

. Significant experience in a finance related call centre.
. Ability to work effectively in a high volume environment.
. Previous exposure to financial service regulations environment.
. Previous collections experience preferred.
. Previous outbound calling experience preferred.
Pay:
Standard time: £8.68 per hour
After 11am start (shift): £9.55 per hour
Working Hours (2 week rota) Earliest start time: 8am Latest finish time: 9.00pm 35 hour a week rotating shift pattern over 6 days (2 week rota -every other Saturday No Sunday) Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Week 1 8am-4pm 8am-4pm 8am-4pm 8am-4pm 8am-4pm off off Week 2 1pm-9pm 1pm-9pm 1pm-9pm 1pm-9pm off 8am-4pm off

Please note: Any successful candidates will need to consent to a background screening check being completed prior to starting the assignment. Due to the nature of the training, no holidays can be taken in the first 6-10 weeks.
