Job outline
My FTSE 100 client's Industrial and Commercial customers have, due to a number of operational issues, built up a large amount of outstanding debt. It is a key priority of the organisation to reduce this quickly. In general the debt is not related to an ability to pay but to queries the customer has had around their billing. Although we are now confident in our billing we need to ensure the customer is also confident and that they are paying the amount outstanding as per their terms and conditions.
