Description

Limited in your Account Director role? Want to work in a global world leading manufacturer of cash management systems? Where you will play a key part in the company's growth plans. Entrepreneurial, but don't have the chance to fulfil this currently? This Account Director role will give you the freedom to develop new business opportunities whilst also managing some existing key accounts and developing then further. You will responsible for sales throughout the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Drive and deliver sales growth, leverage leading position to develop the proposition to penetrate banking sector.

* Business Development, to manage existing and develop new commercial relationships with major customers. Produce and maintain an account development plan for each major account and new business opportunity. To provide monthly revenue forecasts for each major account.

* Relationship Management, to establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships with the key buying influences within target organisations.

* Customer Satisfaction, monitor performance, constantly challenging and improving existing processes in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

* Business Effectiveness and Efficiency, contribute to the continual development of the sales and marketing plan by capturing all business opportunities whilst providing visibility on market/competitor information and any changes within the market place/specific sectors. * Team Development, actively contribute to the development of the team, taking opportunities to share, influence and learn from each other.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications, Training

* Proven track record of business-to-business consultative solution sales within the Banking or sector where service levels are a key driver.

* Knowledge of the UK financial services sector is a distinct advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

* Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

* Flexible on UK Travel

* Experienced in selling to senior levels within banks or sector where service levels are a key driver.

* Strong customer service orientation

* Logical, inquisitive and analytical approach

* Strong commercial instincts and the ability to work within a competitively challenging environment

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

* Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

SALARY & PACKAGE

For the right candidate the following package is on offer. A basic salary of up to £65,000, plus on target commission of £35,000 uncapped. Plus a £5,000 car allowance, pension and healthcare.
