Children's Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor required for a short term contract in a London Clinical Commissioning Group to start as soon as possible.My client, a London based Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to recruit a Children's Nurse to assist the organisation with their Nurse Assessment work load.
The skills and experience required for this position are:
- Current Children's Nursing qualification
- Experience and understanding of the Continuing Healthcare Framework
- Experience of Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessments
- Experience of working with Multi-Disciplinary teams.
This role will involve completing and co-ordinating assessments, involving the client, families and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
