IMMEDIATE START!
An opportunity has just arisen for validation engineers in one of key manufacturing hubs in Cork. The position is being offered on the basis of a 12-month contract and offers a competitive daily rate of Euros 350 per/day and further negotiable based on the level of experience. The ideal candidate will preferably be based in Cork, Ireland or be willing to pay interview travel expenses. The main purpose of the position is to create and conduct necessary procedures for the validation and qualification of equipment, processes and systems.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring conformance with current equipment and processes
Determining the implications of validation relating to data integrity, product quality and patient safety
Implementing control measures in order to reduce the occurrence and possible impact of failures
Documenting evidence relating to qualification and validation exercises
Communicating and obtaining input/acceptance of stated exercises by relevant departmental personnel.
Responsible for IQ, OQ AND PQ
Periodic review activities and ensuring HSE is included in all quality change procedures
Validating new technologies and contributing to validation procedures
Responsible for reducing the environmental impact in all activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering/Science
Minimum of 4 years experience in validation
Solid experience in Engineering, QA, Validation and ISO 13485
DESIRABLE:
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Statistical Engineering Qualification
