- Project Manager must have proven record of projects in the PRISM tool using the Agile methodology.

- MULTIPLE PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Required
- LG. PROJ. SCOPE $ DEFINITION: $3M+ - LG. PROJ. SCOPE # IMPACTED APPS: 10 + Apps Tech Dev UP: Preferred
- LEAN TECH DEV UP: Preferred
- AGILE EXPERIENCE: Required
- IBM VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Preferred
- OTHER VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Preferred
- PROJECT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Required
- TECHNICAL BACKGROUND: Preferred
- PMP Certification: Preferred
- Agile Certification: Preferred
- Agile Role Certification: Not required
- NEED A STRONG PROJECT MANAGER TO LEAD THE PROJECT:
- Proven record of projects delivered on-time in PRISM using Agile.
- PM should be able to identify risks and manage to resolution with the project team.
- The ability to work in a team environment is key.
- History of delivering on time, ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to remain calm and maintain a positive influence in the face of stringent and accelerated deadlines & issues.
- Exceptional communication skills with an assertive personality to articulate issues in a professional manner.
