Description
ServiceNow Business Analyst currently required for a large scale Implementation for a global financial services business in based in Amsterdam.
You will be tasked with defining the functional and technical requirements for this well-known brand around Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB and Request.
To be considered for this role you must have worked as a Business Analyst on at least one large scale implementation of ServiceNow (including Incident, Problem and Change), have abroad understanding of infrastructure technology and be able to define and improve Service Process.
Exposure to the HR module and ServiceWatch would be beneficial but not essential.
