Description
Our large direct client in the energy industry is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract in Salt Lake City, UT.Responsibilities include:
- Management of invoices including review to contract/tariff terms, account coding.
- Conducting analysis through research, gathering and interpretation of data, development of alternatives and recommendations.
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to management and may implement selected alternative.
- Analyses include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, trending/forecasting, financial analysis, budget analysis and reporting.
- Conducting analysis through research, gathering, and interpretation of data.
- Auditing business system data, examining actuals against targets, forecasting performance, analysing business processes, and conducting special studies.
- Presenting analysis but not limited to feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, trending/forecasting, financial analysis, budget analysis, and reporting.
Required:
-Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Finance or other applicable field; or the equivalent combination of edu/experience.
-Minimum of 3 years. experience contributing to the development of proven data/info gathering, analysis, modelling, interpretation skills.
-Proficient w/the use of PCs including spreadsheet, DB, word processing, presentation apps to gather, analyze, model info.
