Oil Industry Process ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their projects in Iraq, UAE and China.
Position Title: Oil Industry Process Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2016
Duration: 6 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing subcontractor’s delivery documents and ensure the quality standards.
-- Subcontractor’s output mainly include: site survey, feasibility study, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Tender in oil industry.
- Responsible for technical communication with the customer, resolving technical issues, recognize project work, present and convince the customer in the quality of the presented solution.
- Responsible for giving technical and operational suggestions for project delivery process, project planning and quality care.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of automation (SCADA/DCS) work experience in oil industry.
- Experience from international automation or design company like ABB, Honeywell, Emerson, IBM etc.
- Rich experience in Feasibility study, FEED in oil industry.
- Familiar with EPC project operation mode and process, able to develop the EPC Tender.
- Be familiar with automation and communication technology, including SCADA/DCS/ESD, network, communication, electricity (for automation and communication) system.
- Knowledgeable with all oil production scenarios and automation applications, oil field, pipeline, refinery, gas filling..
- Fluent English, and able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin.
