Profile
Our banking client based in Glasgow are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing communications that drive debit and credit card acquisition, cross sell, trigger and on boarding customer marketing strategies, supporting end to end management of the planning, creative and delivery process.
Key requirements
- Proven success in a marketing role, internally or within a relevant external environment
- Previous experience of working effectively on a day to day basis with external agencies
- Prior experience of successfully delivering projects/campaigns within timescales, budget and to agreed objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellence in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability and confidence to challenge existing ideas and develop new proposals
- Comfortable working effectively in a Matrix environment
- High level of numeracy combined with business focus
- High level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
