Description

Operating Model Lead (Six Sigma Black Belt) is required by HSBC Corporate Bank.

This role is part of a digital onboarding projects which are part of the Global Digital Transformation for Corporates (DTC)

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall customer journey and process optimisation of the new DTC programme.

Suitable candidates require the following skills/experience:

  • Digital Platforms/Portals

  • Transaction Banking (nice to have)

  • Customer Onboarding (nice to have)

  • Six Sigma Black Belt

  • BPR and Process Optimisation

  • Project Management (nice to have)

  • Senior stakeholder management
