Service Delivery Manager - Brussels, Belgium

Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH

Skills and experience:

  • Successful experience(s) as Service Delivery Manager of at least 5 years
  • Minimum 3 years experience with 'on-site' delivery model
  • Experience in 'Workplace' IT services
  • Experience in international environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and proven experience in team leading

Description of work:

  • Responsible for the delivery, including Service Levels, Quality and Continuous Improvement
  • Responsible for the delivery and liaise and report as such with the customer
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Manager (contract manager) to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and for the Business Development (upselling)
  • Manage the organisation dedicated to the contract and the different teams (on-site and near-shore) that reports directly to them
  • Liaises with central organization for delivery matters
