Research Manager for Global Medical Affairs (m/f)

Description

• Manage all aspects of the GMA-R (Global Medical Affairs - Research) program for multiple therapeutic areas and product programs, including execution of phase IV-non-registration and investigator initiated sponsored research studies
• Manage therapeutic areas and product level study budgets and communicate study activities to internal stakeholders
• Oversee and manage the activities of GMA (Global Medical Affairs) research project managers, including the initiation, tracking, completion, and reporting of studies
• Responsibility for the conduct of studies within assigned therapeutic areas in accordance with all applicable internal, legal and compliance policies as well as external regional and country specific regulatory guidelines
• Serve as the GMA-R therapeutic area lead for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external investigators to develop and execute GMA research plans and budgets

• Health sciences degree (or related field) required
• Profound experience in research
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory guidelines associated with pharmaceutical industry research and external granting functions
• Ability to communicate and interact thoughtfully, transparently, and appropriately with a variety of clients
