Service Delivery Manager
Location: Aberystwyth
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £420 per day.

The successful candidate should have experience in:
- Owning and improving Service libraries.
- Acting as an Escalation point for Major incidents.
- Managing budgets and leading projects
- Working with and managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
- Building and developing relationship with other areas of the business to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members to help achieve Service excellence.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Geographical Information systems.
- Must be committed to the location and ideally live within a commutable distance. Candidates who aren't local will also be considered.
- Experience managing on shore or offshore teams (50 people in team who are Welsh Govt and other 3rd party supplier workers).
- Sc Clearance or CTC Clearance is highly desirable.
