I am working with a public sector organisation in London that require an ICT trainer who has experience of delivering training on Civica's Universal Housing.
The contract is for 3 months, paying a day rate of £400 and my client needs an individual who can start a new position immediately.
The responsibilities for role include:
- Deliver the training programme of for both the Back Office and Online Repairs service
- Administer and maintain accurate training records
- Undertake a training needs analysis to identify skills or knowledge gaps to be addressed in training sessions
- Manage the booking of training courses, training rooms, etc.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Help in producing regular reports on all ICT activities within Corporate ICT
