File Reviewer - Complaints/Pensions
Tangent are looking for a group of File Reviewers to join a multinational management consulting services company.
Pay rate: £250 - £275 a day Dependent on skills and experience
Contract length: 3 months extendable
Location: Newcastle (If you are willing to relocate, client will pay £100 a week relocation reimbursements)
Start date: 31st May - No later. Please only apply if you are able to start on this date.
What will I be doing?
Reviewing regulated sales as previously conducted by the client
Ensuring full compliance and to identify any instances of miss-selling
Make decisions relating to each case as necessary
Carry out risk assessments and provide appropriate feedback
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in line with business standards
Provide recommendations for resolutions and ensure they are in line with policy
Strive for continuous improvement of the review process
Conducting thorough investigations into investment and protection sales
Liaising with the complainant to ensure all facts are established
Resolving customer queries and/or complaint cases, following a the set process, in a timely manner
Liaising with customers and external agencies, on a day to day basis, to discuss open cases and applications
Managing your own workload
Essential experience and skills:
Previous complaint handling experience gained within financial services
In-depth knowledge of sales process for regulated financial services products
Good technical knowledge of pensions products (Preferred)
To be able to write effective letters and reports
