Languages: DUTCH and ENGLISH
Description of work:
- Contribute to the further development around the ticketing system and integration with Back End systems
- Make functional analysis, gather requirements and documents so that they can be developed by the developers
- Participate in workshops
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
Skills and experience:
- Experience in functional analysis of major projects
- Experience in use cases to describe functional integration
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience in technology/methodology
