Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services
Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services experience is required for an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading Financial Services client based in Gloucestershire for a 6 month initial contract.
The role will be working with a Financial Services client on a number of projects designed to ensure high end products are ultimately offered to its customers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience and responsibilities:
- Financial Services experience within a fast-paced Senior Business Analysis role supporting fast-paced projects/programmes.
- Requirements Elicitation, being able to manage business engagement to understand and challenge underlying business needs.
- Requirements Management, being able to define and manage the documentation of business requirements.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed as-is and to-be business models incorporating process and benefit analysis.
- Defines business analysis approach and applies best practice throughout the entire life cycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with all areas of the business with excellent communication skills.
