  • Manually track progress of SRM entry of purchases. Review SRM purchase orders and make manual corrections as necessary.
  • Communicate with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices get posted.
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll journals
  • Prepare journal entries for temporary labor and utility accruals.
  • Prepare month-end journal entry for AP accruals.
  • Track temporary labor (Kronos vs. invoiced).
  • Investigate and reply to invoice payment inquiries.
  • Record operational metrics: headcount, labor hours, utility units, volume, etc.
  • Monitor shop order variances to ensure production is reported accurately.
  • Perform cycle count adjustments.
  • Process ADRs (adjust disposed product out of inventory).
