Senior Agile Coach with strong background working within banking
My client a market leading financial consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Agile Coach with experience working within banking for a long term assignment in Finland.
Candidates require the following experience;
- 3 years Delivery experience on Agile teams
- Proficient communication and facilitation skills
- Relevant Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe)
- Experience working in Nordics/Scandinavia would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Finnish language skills would be highly advantageous but not essential
