Intuition IT is looking for a Senior Project Lead (Digital Transformation) for a client in Brussels.
Main activities & deliverables:
Project Lead (100%)
Structure & coordinate estimating/planning complex projects
Understand & identify dependencies/constraints (functional/technical)
Help in aligning many stakeholders & identifying blockings points along with clear action plan
Lead/drive efficiently meetings/workshops
Prepare presentation to top management
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders involved
Ensure good communication flows between Business & IT stakeholders
Typical project leading activities such as weekly status reporting, capacity assignment, risks & issues
Mandatory skills:
Knowledge/experience in roadmap & business case exercise, Insurance industry and Digital transformation
Lead, structure & drive complex projects business & technical-wise with many stakeholders
Experience in functional architecture
Business Analysis and Program mgt methodology & tools
Good knowledge in English
Knowledge in Dutch and French (One Fluent, the second one can be Basic)
