EHS Officer/Leader
Bedford
Due to internal movement within the site of this global leader there is an opening for an experienced Health and Safety professional to drive and affect change coordinating and running improvements programmes within this warehouse distribution environment.
Conducting incident investigations and implementing EHS improvement opportunities on site you will be at the forefront of new legislation impact on the business whilst also supporting and handling external audit and inspections.
You will facilitate H&S training requirements and take responsibility for site occupational health and overall champion sustainability within the site.
Candidate
With demonstrable EHS/H&S experience ideally within a warehouse or distribution facility you will have experience in materials handling and have the interpersonal skills to deal with all stakeholders in the business.
Holding NEBOSH Diploma or certificate you should have experience handling accident and incident investigations and preferably have been involved in managing audit schedules.
You should be analytically but with the capability to convey meaning and importance of EHS topics to all personal and create a positive impact on the site.
