Description
An experienced Site Engineer is required to work on one of BB's Ground Engineering projects. Based at Whitechapel Station in London, this role is to be predominantly focused on piling and will include regular night work which are expected to be 12 hour shifts. Over time will be paid on any hours in excess of 47 hours per week at time and a half.
Duties will include,but not be limited to:
- Setting out from primary control provided by others
- The provision of sketches detailing the setting out information installed
- Maintain survey equipment including registers of equipment and testing regimes
- Read and determine information from drawings, schedules and specification
- Mini piling
- ground anchors
Essential requirements
- Piling experience
- rail environment would be advantageous
- LUCAS trained an advantage
- CSCS card holder
